Application requirements:

Full students

  • Students must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Minors' applications will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Minors' parents or legal tutors are required to sign the parental permission 
  • Completed on-line application and acceptance of the Release and Waiver Agreement
  • Email or fax copy of passport (or European identity cards)

Within 10 working days from reception of the acceptance letter, students are required to pay IN FULL the workshop tuitions and fees (total €900.00).
This will include:
  1. Administrative fee: €50.00
  2. TUITION FEE: €450.00
  3. Room and Board for the duration of the workshop: €400.00
Failure to provide proof of payment within ten days from the acceptance letter WILL lead to the loss of the application fee and of the position in the list.

Auditors and visitors


  • TUITION FEE:
    Auditors and visitors can choose one of the following solutions
    1) € 200.00 entire seminar (possibility of attending all master classes and lectures for the entire duration of the Volterra Project)
    2) € 50.00 per day (possibility of attending all master classes and lectures for a given day)
    3) € 20.00 per class/lecture
  • Auditors can pay by bank transfer or on site.
  • ACCOMMODATION
    Auditors and visitors will NOT be accommodated on the Volterra Project premises, and will provide for their own transportation.

    Upon timely request, arrangements for food and accommodation can be made separately with the Volterra Project staff at info@volterraguitar.org.

Payments:

  • Payments must be made in FULL
  • Only bank transfers will be accepted (please, do not send checks or cash)
  • Bank transfers must be free of charges for the Volterra Project (bank charges must be paid in full by participants).

Refund Policy

The administrative fees are NOT refundable
Upon written notification, students wishing to cancel are entitled to refunds:
  • Up to ten weeks before the beginning of the Volterra Project, 75% tuition fee, 50% accommodation fee;
  • Between ten and four weeks before the beginning of the Volterra Project, 50% tuition fee, 25% accommodation fee;
  • After the fourth week before the beginning of the Volterra Project no refund is possible.
