Financial information

Full students (auditors will not be accepted)

Within 10 working days from reception of the acceptance letter, students are required to pay IN FULL the workshop tuition and fees (total €350).
This will include:
  1. Administrative fee: €50.00
  2. TUITION FEE: €200
  3. Room and Board for the duration of the workshop: €100.00
Failure to provide proof of payment within ten days from the acceptance letter WILL lead to the loss of the application fee and of the position in the list.

Payments:

  • Payments shall be made in FULL
  • Payments shall be in euros €
  • Only bank transfers will be accepted (please, do not send checks or cash)
  • Bank transfers must be free of charges for the Volterra Project Junior (bank charges must be paid in full by participants).

Refund Policy

The administrative fees are NOT refundable
Upon written notification, students wishing to cancel are entitled to refunds:
  • Up to ten weeks before the beginning of the Volterra Project Junior, 75% tuition fee, 50% accommodation fee;
  • Between ten and four weeks before the beginning of the Volterra Project, Junior, 50% tuition fee, 25% accommodation fee;
  • After the fourth week before the beginning of the Volterra Project Junior, no refund is possible
