Megan Dodds

Megan Dodds is an American actress with a distinguished career in film, television, and theater. She is a graduate of The Juilliard School, where she had the good fortune of sharing a room with Antigoni Goni.

She has gained recognition for her roles in American film and television, including Ever After, For All Mankind, CSI: NY, Detroit 187, House, and The Rat Pack.  She has also been a prominent presence in UK television, starring in series such as Not Going Out, MI-5, Love in a Cold Climate, and Poirot.

In addition to Broadway and numerous US regional productions, her theater work includes lead roles in Popcorn, This Is How It Goes, and Up for Grabs in the West End. She received the Best Solo Performance award from the London Theatregoers' Choice Awards for her standout performance in the one-woman show My Name is Rachel Corrie, a role she originated with director Alan Rickman at the Royal Court Theatre. She also won the Ian Charleson Award for best performance as Ophelia in Hamlet at the Young Vic.

Megan studied privately for many years with Penelope Allen of The Actors Studio and with Nancy Banks as a member of her studio in Los Angeles.
