Eleonora Perretta

Picture
Family gatherings of music-making were special for Eleonora Perretta. Banging on drums at the age of two accompanied by her uncle playing the guitar and her aunt singing and dancing is still a beautiful memory for her. Whether she is playing Bach, Jobim, Scarlatti or Joe Pass, it is still the spontaneity and sharing of music-making that is at the very heart of her being.

Although young, the talented Italian classical guitarist Eleonora Perretta has already performed in concert halls across Europe, including the Vienna Musikverein Concert Hall (Austria), the Tallinn Philharmonic Concert Hall (Estonia) and the Brussels Royal Conservatory Concert Hall (Belgium). She has also performed in major music festivals including the Guitart Festival (Bulgaria), the Segovia Guitar Festival (Italia), the Mottola International Guitar Festival (Italy), the Ravello Festival (Italy), the Volterra Project (Italy), the Italian Guitar Campus (Italy) and the Area Arte Festival at Basilica Reale Pontificia San Francesco da Paola (Italy).
