Application requirements
Full students
- Students must be 18 years of age or older.
- Completed on-line application
- Acceptance of the Release and Waiver Agreement
- Email or fax copy of passport (or European identity cards)
INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS requiring a visa should contact the Volterra Project staff (info@volterraguitar.org) as soon as possible to obtain an official visa request.
Within 10 days from reception of the acceptance letter, students are required to pay IN FULL the workshop tuitions (€750.00). This will include:
APPLICATION FEE: €50.00

- 4 individual master classes (Teachers: Antigoni Goni, visiting artist Giampaolo Bandini and teaching assistant Anna Bragina)
NB: Artists subject to change without notice. - 3 two-hour lectures on the Business of Music
- 2 individual sessions of Alexander technique plus participation in 2 group sessions
- participation (for those who are willing) to 2 more lectures/workshops: improvisation workshop and a lecture on the music of Astor Piazolla.
- Participation (upon audition) in the VP closing concert as.
ACCOMODATION: €350.00
- Room and Board (8 nights, 9 days).
- Accommodation €20 per night
- Full pension – 3 meals per day (approximately cost €8/meal)
Failure to provide proof of payment within ten days from the acceptance letter WILL lead to the loss of the application fee and of the position in the list.
Auditors and visitors
Application deadline: June 15th
TUITION FEE:
Auditors and visitors can choose one of the following solutions:
- € 200.00 entire seminar (possibility of assisting to all master classes and lectures for the entire duration of the Volterra Project)
- € 50.00 per day (possibility of assisting to all master classes and lectures for a given day)
- € 20.00 per class/lecture
The fee can be paid on place.
ACCOMODATION
Auditors and visitors will NOT be accommodated in the structures of the Volterra Project, and will provide for their own transportation.
Upon timely request, arrangements for food and accommodation can be made separately with the Volterra Project staff (info@volterraguitar.org).
Payments and Refund policy
Payment must be made in full.
Only bank transfers will be accepted.

Refund policy
The application fee is NOT refundable
Upon written notification, students wishing to cancel are entitled to refunds:
- Up to June 1st 50% tuition fee, 50% accommodation fee
- From June 1st onward no refund is possible
