Application requirements

Full students

• Completed on-line application
• Acceptance of the Release and Waiver Agreement
• Email or fax copy of passport (or European identity cards)

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS requiring a visa should contact the Volterra Project staff (info@volterraguitar.org) as soon as possible to obtain an official visa request.

UNDERAGE STUDENTS' parents are also required to fill and sign a Parental Consent form. In case of acceptance, the Parental Consent form will be sent along with the aceptance letter.

Within 10 days from reception of the acceptance letter, students are required to pay IN FULL the workshop tuitions (€750.00). This will include:

• 4 individual master classes (Teachers: Antigoni Goni, visiting artist Elena Papandreou and teaching assistant Nick Cutroneo)
  NB: Artists subject to change without notice.
• 3 two-hour lectures on the Business of Music
• 2x45'individual sessions of Music Physiology plus 2x60' lectures. Daily openings (not compulsory), ca. 45' group sessions
• Participation (upon audition) in the VP closing concert.

ROOM AND BOARD: €350.00

Students are required to pay the tuition IN FULL within 10 working days from reception the acceptance letter. After 10 working days, the appllcation will be cancelled and a new application will have to be submitted (the position in the first come first served list will NOT be kept).

Auditors and visitors

Non-refundable APPLICATION FEE: 50€ (to be paid along with the application). Any application not followed within 7 working days by proof of payment, will be disregarded

TUITION FEE:
Auditors and visitors can choose one of the following solutions:

1. € 200.00 entire seminar (possibility of assisting to all master classes and lectures for the entire duration of the Volterra Project)
2. € 25.00 per class/lecture

The fee can be paid on place.

ACCOMODATION

Auditors and visitors will NOT be accommodated in the structures of the Volterra Project, and will provide for their own transportation.

Upon timely request, arrangements for food and accommodation can be made separately with the Volterra Project staff (info@volterraguitar.org).

Payments and Refund policy

Payment must be made in full.

Refund policy

The application fee is NOT refundable
Upon written notification, students wishing to cancel are entitled to refunds:

• Up to May 15th 50% tuition fee, 50% accommodation fee
• From May 16th onward no refund is possible
